The Provoleta Gourmet Cheese is a classic cheese in the Argentinian (BBQs). It's an appetizer made with grilled cheese, a name that sounds very Italian and which in fact derives from the name of the famous Italian provolone cheese served in Argentina.
How To Server Provoleta Gourmet Cheese:
It's a perfect appetizer or snack by itself on a toast, burger or fries. Or you can get more fancy. Provoleta goes great with pork belly and served on a charcuterie board. Some even have it with cured ham, or cured pork.
For ease of preparation, you can cook Provoleta in a small cast-iron pan or a Cazuela (glazed clay cooking dishes) on the stovetop, in the oven, or on the grill.
