How To Cook Wagyu Ribeye
For maximum experience keep your ribeye at room temperature on the day of the cook and simply add kosher or sea salt and fresh ground pepper to season the Wagyu Ribeye Steak. Pan sear it in a cast-iron skillet and oven roasted or just grill it over direct high heat until the internal temperature is 125ºF to 130ºF degrees for medium-rare or 130ºF to 135ºF degrees for medium. ( Do Not Over Cook, Medium Rare or Medium High Is Just Right! ) Let your steak rest for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting it and your good to go.
